Permission is granted to use Hollie for managing your organization's memberships, subject to the following restrictions:
- You must not modify or copy the materials
- You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software
- You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

- Pay all fees on time
- Notify us of any billing changes
5. Cancellation and Refunds

Hollie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
