NGN applies only after HollieHQ verifies that your organization is both legally registered and primarily operating in Nigeria. Every other organization—and every organization still awaiting verification—uses USD. Existing invoices keep their original currency.

Stripe, VelvPay, manual transfer, and crypto can be made available by the HollieHQ platform administrator. You see only the channels enabled for your organization and compatible with the invoice currency. Crypto is available only for USD invoices.

No. Your organization continues to collect dues, fees, donations, and customer payments in its own external systems. HollieHQ invoices represent only the fee your organization owes for using HollieHQ.

An invoice has a seven-day payment period followed by a seven-day grace period. After grace expires, the organization becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view data, export records, and pay the invoice, but operational changes pause until verified payment restores access.

Organizations cannot select a billing currency directly. It follows verified country information, or a documented platform-admin exception. Any approved change applies only to future billing periods and cannot proceed while qualifying invoices or payments remain unresolved.
